Massimiliano Rivello- the General Manager of the
“SleepInSicily”®
, SicilianSeaClub (SSC), is very interested in developing a high
service level of accomodation in Sicily. That’s why he created
this web site and created his company SicilianSeaClub.
With a major in Tourism Economics Sciences, at Bologna’s
University, and after many experiences in Hotels, Tour Operator
Companies and Public Offices for Tourism, he decided to operate
and give to the tourists and others, who want to visit Sicily,
the information infrastructure missing about Bed & Breakfast
Accomodation.
The headquarters are in Siracusa, the wonderful city by the sea.
We’re going to find and offer what you can not find doing
the tourism on a classic way. The comfort, the leisure, the interest
about the story and the culture can be enjoyed in many ways. Try
it to belive! We will always be step by step with your desire.
Even organizing Tours, or what else you will need.

AND CONDITIONS
1)Booking:
reservation for stays of less than seven nights require a
no-refundable
deposit at the time of booking.
Reservation for stays of seven nights or more may require full
prepayment,in which
Case you will be informed at the time of
confirmation.When we are sure we can
Confirm your booking,the required payment will be charged to your
credit card (or bank transfer)
by
Sicilianseaclub.
Sicilianseaclub will never this
confidential information to anyone other
Than the owner of the select B&B or hotel in which you have
booked.we reserve the right
To refuse any booking at ours discretion.No booking with us will
exist until we have received
your payment and we have subsequently confirmed your booking.
At that time,we will send you the exact address and phone number of
the select hotel or B&B,
and a voucher for your booking.The amount of your remaining balance
will be
Clearly stated on the voucher,and will be due to the select hotel or
B&B upon
Your departure,plus any extra charges you may have accrued.
2)Cancellation by you: if you cancel all or any part of your booking
within eight days
of your arrival,full payment for three nights’ stay will be charged
to your credit card
,either by Sicilianseaclub,or by the select hotels or B&B.(the
minimum reservation is three night’s,
with ours discretions we can decided if accept the reservation less
of three night’s.
Cancellation must be received by us in writing.We regret that
penalty payments cannot be
transferred to other periods or other accomodation.Sicilianseaclub
shall not be responsible
For any expence or liability resulting from labor disputes,war,act
of terrorism,government
Restraints,weather condition,sickness,pilferage or any other cause
beyond their control.
We strongly encourage you to buy travel insurance at the time of
booking to compensate
You in the event you must cancel and forfeit funds.
3)Cancellation by us:we will advise you at the earliest possible
date.If,for any reason
beyond our control,we are unable to provide you with accomodation to
the select hotel
or b&b you have booked,we reserve the right to transfer you to a
similar select hotels
or b&b.However,if this is is not possible or you do not whish to be
transferred,we will cancel th
e booking and refund the amount paid to us in full.We will not be
liable for any further
obligations or claims by you.
-The venue of any dispute between the parties that may arise out of
this agreement or otherwise
